Website Guide
Shores of Camelot Help Center
Use this guide to find common website features, manage your account, submit requests, review documents, and understand what options are available after signing in.
Getting Started
The top navigation gives access to the calendar, classifieds, notices, contacts, documents, reporting forms, dues, and your dashboard. On phones and tablets, open the menu and tap a top-level item to expand its links.
Use Sign In to access owner-only tools such as documents, owner directory, profile settings, work requests, and classified management. If you are already signed in, the menu shows Dashboard and Logout.
Residents use the resident dashboard for profile, requests, notices, documents, and classifieds. Board or admin users are directed to the board dashboard when signing in from the home page.
The website is designed for desktop, tablet, and phone viewing. If text or tables appear crowded, rotate the device or use the list/card view controls when available.
Account & Privacy
Use Account Profile to update your contact details, avatar, notification settings, additional units, and privacy preferences. Keeping your phone and email current helps the association contact you when needed.
Notification settings control how the website contacts you when supported by the property. If SMS is enabled for your account, certain notices may be sent by text instead of email.
Privacy settings control what other residents can see in the owner directory. Board and admin users may see additional account details when needed for association business.
If you own more than one unit, add those units in your profile. Work request forms can then let you select the correct unit when submitting a request.
Documents
Use Documents to access association files such as governing documents, rules, minutes, budgets, financials, and other property-specific material.
Documents may be available in card or list view. Select a document card or row to open the file. PDF and spreadsheet files open directly from the document listing.
Document counts in the header show how many files are available in a section. Some document sections are visible only after signing in.
If a document area is unavailable or empty, your account may not have permission for that section, or no files have been posted yet.
Community Updates
Notices display current association announcements. Select a notice to view details, images, or supporting content.
The calendar displays community meetings and events. Board/admin users may also have tools to add events to the Microsoft 365 group calendar.
If enabled for the property, mobile users may see a Contact Security option on the home page. Use it for property-specific security contact details.
Check notices and the calendar regularly for new association announcements, deadlines, meetings, and scheduled events.
Classifieds
Classifieds show active resident listings. Select a listing card to view full details and photos. If a poster uses privacy settings, direct contact details may not be shown.
Use the reply option in a listing to contact the poster through the website. The system sends the reply to the poster by email or SMS depending on that user's settings.
Use New Classified or Post Classified to create a listing. Include a clear title, category, description, and photos when helpful.
Use Your Classifieds from the dashboard to edit, repost, or delete listings connected to your account.
Requests & Forms
Use New Work Request to report maintenance or property concerns. Select the correct unit, choose a category, enter a contact phone number, describe the issue, and attach photos if available.
After submitting a work request, use Your Work Requests to review status, comments, images, and resolution details. Add comments when follow-up is needed.
Forms may require specific fields, dates, phone numbers, agreement checkboxes, or supporting documents before they can be submitted.
No additional reporting forms are currently enabled for this property.
Contacts
Use Contacts to view board members and committee information when available. Contact cards show only the information that is available for that person or group.
The owner directory supports card and list views, search, and pagination. Resident visibility follows owner privacy settings. Board/admin users may see additional details.
Professional Services lists property management and service contacts connected to the community.
Utilities lists common service providers and emergency contact information. Use phone and email icons when they are displayed.
Troubleshooting
Some areas require sign-in or board/admin permissions. If you believe access is missing, contact property management.
Review the required fields, phone number format, selected unit, uploaded documents, and agreement checkbox. The form usually identifies missing information before submitting.
Refresh the page after saving. If the information still appears outdated, sign out and sign back in or contact property management.
Refresh the page and try again. Some files require a current sign-in session. Large files or images may take longer on mobile connections.
